Which resistance band should I start with?
New to bands: start with the Yellow 15 lb or the Starter Stack (15/30/50/70 lb). Already lifting: jump straight to the Heavy Stack (30/50/70/100 lb) or grab the Black 50 lb for assisted pull-ups.
Are these the bands on @myplayfit?
Yes — every band on the Instagram is on this page. The Black 50 lb is the most-used; the Leg & Booty Deluxe fabric set is the one behind every glute video.
How fast do you ship?
Within 1 business day from our Oakland Park, Florida warehouse. USPS Ground Advantage for orders under 1 lb, Priority for everything else. Free US shipping on orders over $35; flat $5.99 below that.
What if my band breaks?
Email support@playfitbands.com with a photo. We send a free replacement within 1 business day, no return shipping required. Bands shouldn't snap before they should.
Do you ship internationally?
US only for now. Add yourself to the restock list and we'll let you know when we expand internationally.
How do I choose a resistance band by weight?
Match the band weight to your lift. 15-30 lb for warm-ups, mobility, banded push-ups, glute kickbacks. 50 lb is the assisted-pull-up sweet spot. 70-100 lb for hip thrusts, heavy band-tension on squats, sled-style pulls.
What's the difference between loop bands and tube bands?
Loop bands are continuous rubber rings (what we sell). They sit flat under your foot, loop over a pull-up bar, or stretch around a barbell. Tube bands have handles and clips — better for cable-style movements but bulkier. For bodyweight + barbell work, loop bands win.
Are Playfit bands made of natural latex?
Yes. All our loop bands are 100% natural latex, 41 inches long, color-coded by resistance. Our fabric bands (Leg & Booty Deluxe, 2-inch booty band) are woven fabric instead — won't roll up your leg.
