Orders ship from Oakland Park, FL within 1 business day. USPS Ground Advantage for orders under 1 lb, USPS Priority for everything else. Tracking on every order.

Free US shipping on orders $35+. Below that, flat $5.99.

US only for now. Add yourself to the restock list if you want us to ship internationally — when enough people ask, we'll figure it out.

If a band breaks

Email support@playfitbands.com with a photo. We send a replacement within 1 business day, no return shipping required. We've been doing this since 2017 — bands shouldn't snap before they should.

Unopened products, within 30 days. Email us first so we can route it.
